Join me for an embodied experience and creative journey at Same Same But Different Festival!

In this workshop, you’ll explore the intersection of intention, connection and visual expression. Through guided solo and partner exercises, you’ll tune into your energetic body and how it resonates with others.

Using body paint as our medium, we’ll visually translate these internal experiences. You’ll create a “painted prayer”, or a visual representation of your intentions, and share a unique and consensual body-painting experience with a partner (or by yourself!).

No artistic experience is necessary, just an open heart and a willingness to explore your energetic body in community with others.
